Adv. Iftach Hanan manages and owns the Adv. Iftach Hanan & Co. law firm. He has over 13 years of experience in the field of immigration with specific expertise in relocating foreign experts to Israel. Among other things, he has managed thousands of processes for issuing permits and work visas in Israel in all fields and industries.
Adv. Hanan served as Chairman of the Immigration and Foreigners Committee of Israel’s National Bar Association for 5 years. In addition, he advised the various committees and assisted in formulating Israel’s immigration policy.
Adv. Hanan specializes in all areas pertaining to the Population and Immigration Authority, including the regulation of foreign (non-Israeli) spouses of Israeli citizens, immigration to Israel, etc. He holds an LLB degree in law and has been a member of Israel’s Bar Association since 2009.
Ravit manages our firm’s Israeli department that handles the procedures for the immigration of foreign experts to Israel. She has been deeply involved in matters pertaining to Israel’s law of entry since 2014.
Ravit specializes in all processes for obtaining work visas for foreign experts in Israel, and handles a wide range of clients from the business sector including clients working in high-tech, industry, medicine, aviation, infrastructure, oil and gas fields, and more.
Ravit has been and continues to be instrumental in arranging work visas for hundreds of foreign experts involved in particularly complex national projects. This process included providing solutions and comprehensive legal advice in order to ensure that the companies meet all the conditions of employment of foreign experts and operate in accordance with the Foreign Workers Law and the Law of Entry into Israel.
Ravit holds an LLB degree in law, and has been a member of Israel’s Bar Association since 2014.
Adv. Keren Rapaport is responsible for our firm’s Department of Immigration and Cohabitation in Israel, which includes regulating the status in Israel of non-Israeli spouses.
Keren joined our firm in 2019 after working for several years in a law firm that specialized in insurance and litigation law. Prior to that, Keren worked in a real estate law firm where she specialized in litigation and representation of foreign clients in regulating their status and managing their assets in Israel. Keren began her career interning in the Tel Aviv District Court in a single-judge court with a criminal panel.
Keren holds an LLB degree in law and has been a member of Israel’s Bar Association since 2006.
Adv. Rotem Chen handles all work processes for obtaining foreign experts’ work visas in Israel, and handles a wide range of clients from the business sector including clients working in high-tech, industry, medicine, aviation, infrastructure, oil and gas and more. As a result of her efforts, she has obtained visas for a large number of foreign experts.
Rotem joined our firm in early 2021 after interning and working for a number of years in a firm that dealt in commercial law, in family law, and in administrative law. Her professional career has also included working as a legal advisor and as an investment portfolio manager for Sonigali Ltd.
Chen holds an LLB degree in law and has been a member of Israel’s Bar Association since 2017.
Ben joined our firm in 2020 and heads the European Department of Citizenship for Israelis living in Israel and abroad. His focus is on obtaining European citizenship for Israelis entitled to it. This includes Portuguese citizenship, German citizenship, Austrian citizenship and more.
Every application requires a precise procedure tailored to the client, including research into family history and geneology as needed, to ensure the highest likelihood of eligibility.
Ben has unique experience of over 6 years in accompanying, advising, and aiding in the obtainment of European citizenship for those Israelis entitled to it, and provides exceptional service to his clients. Even before joining our firm, Ben worked in this field and managed many clients’ applications.
Ben also manages the finance department in our office, as well as customer relations and bookkeeping vis-à-vis customers and suppliers.
Oz joined the Iftach Hanan & Co. law firm in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Department of Foreign Experts.
Oz works in the Israeli department in our office and is responsible for issuing permits and work visas to foreign experts for a wide range of Israeli and international companies.
